Alex is really knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my F150 10 speed. He explained the technical problems very throughly. Very quick service and I was able to customize my parts going into the transmission. Upon receiving my truck back, Alex explained the break-in process, and I successfully completed that break-in. This thing shifts like a dream now.
I drove my vehicle from Colorado to Virginia and a few days after arriving the transmission threw a couple of codes.
